Der Protagonist zog sich aus aus verschiedenen Gründen, unter anderem wegen zu vieler Niederlagen, die er erlitten hatte, aus dem Sport zurück. Doch seine Leidenschaft wird wieder entfacht, als er die Austauschschülerin Asuka Kurashina trifft und ihr das Fliegen beibringt. Somit entscheidet er sich, erneut am Flying Circus teilzunehmen.

Now 3-1, an angry Irina orders Saki to switch off her balancer, allowing her to tap into the full potential of her shoes.
