Worum geht es in Etotama?
Nyaa-tan ist die Katze in der chinesischen Astrologie. Sie hat es sich zum Ziel gesetzt, Mitglied der chinesischen Sternzeichen zu werden. Allerdings ist sie simplen Gemüts und leidet unter Gedächtnisverlust, weshalb ihre Versuche, Mitglied zu werden, in der Regel lachhaft und absurd erscheinen. Eines Tages trifft sie auf den Oberschüler Takeru Tendo, der alleine in Akihabara lebt. Kurzerhand quartiert sie sich bei ihm ein und setzt ihr Vorhaben, ein Sternzeichen zu werden, unvermindert fort.
