Worum geht es in Kevin Can Wait?
Im Mittelpunkt der Multi-Kamera-Comedy Kevin Can Wait befindet sich Kevin, seines Zeichens ein Polizist und Familienvater. Durch eine Verkettung mehr oder weniger glücklicher Umstände passiert es, dass Kevin frühzeitig in den Ruhestand gehen und somit endlich mehr Zeit mit seiner Familie verbringen kann. Zuerst hört sich diese Vorstellung gar nicht so schlecht an, immerhin glaubt Kevin, nun ganz entspannt mit seinen Freunden Goody, Duffy und Kyle abhängen zu können. Doch dann holt ihn das Familienleben und der Alltag ein - irgendjemand muss sich schließlich um den Haushalt kümmern und seine Frau, Donna, sieht es nicht ein, alles alleine zu machen.
