Togashi Yuta, Takanashi Rikka, che è ancora affetta dalla sindrome della seconda media, la Chuunibyon, e Nibutani Shinka stanno affrontando il terzo anno delle superiori, Dekomori Sanae è diventata la presidente del consiglio, mentre Shinka è la vice presidente.
