Di cosa parla Rocco and His Brothers?
La famiglia Parondi è arrivata dal Sud a Milano, dove vive in misere condizioni. Dei quattro fratelli, Rocco cerca fortuna nella boxe, ma il suo desiderio è quello di tornare al paese. Simone, travolto dalla passione per una giovane prostituta, Nadia, che in un secondo momento gli preferisce proprio Rocco, la uccide. Finirà in galera nonostante il tentativo dei familiari (escluso, Ciro, un altro fratello) di proteggerlo.
