Waar gaat Gremlins: Secrets of the Mogwai over?
In het Shanghai van 1920 ontmoet de 10-jarige Sam Wing de jonge Mogwai, Gizmo. Samen met een tienerdief genaamd Elle reizen Sam en Gizmo door het Chinese platteland en komen ze monsters en geesten uit de Chinese folklore tegen.
