1989年-1991年，迪士尼推出奇奇蒂蒂专题长篇电视动画片《松鼠大作战》（Chip 'n' Dale Rescue Rangers，中文又可翻译为：救援突击队，救难小福星）该动画片为两只花栗鼠塑造了全新的形像，讲述的故事也与之前的短篇动画无关，在这三季65集动画片里，奇奇戴起牛仔帽，身着黑色毛领夹克，转变成工作狂，具备强列的责任心。蒂蒂穿起夏威夷衫，继续不计后果的恶作剧，并接受奇奇领导，他们与新伙伴蒙弟，阿洁，小拉链共同展开打击罪犯的城市救援行动。
